Ben Howard, one of the UK's top singer-songwriters, has been confirmed as a headliner for the Eden Sessions on Friday July 17.
Ben joins Elton John (June 16 and 17) on the bill for the 2015 Eden Sessions with ASUS Transformer Book Chi. More acts will be announced soon.
The Eden Sessions show will be one of just a handful of gigs Ben will play during the summer. He returns to the Sessions as a headliner, having played slots on the outside stages in 2010.
Ben, who grew up near Totnes in Devon, released his second studio album I Forget Where We Were in October last year with the record topping the charts in the UK.
This followed his 2011 debut album Every Kingdom which catapulted Ben into the limelight, going double-platinum and being nominated for the Mercury Prize and an Ivor Novello Award. In 2013, Ben won both the British Breakthrough Act and British Solo Male Artist categories at the BRIT Awards.
Ben's musical tastes reflect those of his parents, with Van Morrison, John Martyn, Nick Drake, Richie Havens, Joni Mitchell and Simon and Garfunkel among his influences.
